  I have to say that overall USPS has declined in service and I don’t blame customers for going away as I will use them only as a last resource.
  
  I have been trying to locate a package that was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago, it needed a signature so they left me a note, I waited a couple of days and wrote on the note to leave package as an option in the paper but package never came so I went to their office and they told me that it wasn’t there and to wait a couple of days for te-delivery, well today was my third trip to their office and while the line for parcel pick up was backed up the general service line was empty, I asked a manager for help and one of the employees offered to help but manager did not let him help instead she ask the only other employee on the busy line to hurry and to skip the person if she can not find a package, this is so unprofessional but going back to my package, it’s lost and they claim they sent it back already, nice going and so much for using the insurance option on my package if the person loosing it is the company delivering the package.
