The store keeps changing the managers. For the previous managers promises some credits, such as give store's phone credit each month until the phone paid off, the new store manager Alexis denied all the promises and just simply saying she did not give the credit promises and I did not have writing on that promises, even the store's staff can prove that, and previous managers who are working at different location can verify that, but she does not try to help to listen to her staff in that store or to call previous mangers, so that she was very rude and yelling at me saying "I do not know the promises and I will not going you any credit". Beside above, the manager Alexis has very poor knowledge on T-mobile phone/network features. I am wondering how the person with such bad manner and poor knowledge can become a manager. Suggestion to you all, whatever the store saying something, ask them to write on piece of paper.
