  I've been to this H&R Block location and receive great service and even felt confertable with asking for advice via they were my go to tax person.
  
  How ever....
  
  When I had drop off my tax pepper work after speaking with the owner. It had never got completed. I never had received a call or email advising me that this H&R Block office needed any thing from me other the documents I had provided. When I arrived to their office to pick up the tax pepper work file that was supposed to be completed. I was amazed to find out that it was never done and now late and now have to pay money for an extension that would now have to be filed.
  Even though the I. R. S just had advised me today that extensions are free.. Online. I even just found out that I would need them to right a letter stating that it was an error to lift the late penaltys that I now apparently was being charged.
  
  I payied for in extention for my 2016 taxes to get filed. Now it's 2017 and I get a notice from the I. R. S that they've never received it and might be face penaltys unless I get a letter sent to them. I drive to their office location and it turns out that their office is closed with a sign to call. Once I only received their voice mail.
