  We were looking for our first home. We had criteria in the place but how the home should be were still evolving. My wife and I were debating on it. Through my friend I met Ravi in the birthday party. We had seen 4 homes of our criteria in our 1st meeting. We placed an offer. However it was over our budget at the end. Then Ravi helped us understand how to do the evaluation, what to see in the house when you are looking. He gave us very good tips, which one could not learn through reading. Only experience speaks.
  
  Ravi explained based on our needs. He shaped his strategies, He gave plenty of the new ideas, We lost one home because we were late in our decision. But that lesson gave us more stream line approach.
  
  In Few weeks, we found the house of our choice. The challenge was that it was beyond our budget. Ravi found out what is expected from the home owner, he created a path for us to get to this house. He helped to find us our mortgage lender. We shopped various mortgage lenders that time; this mortgage lender was the best with preemptive qualities. This is what we were looking for. It just worked like icing on the cake.
  
  Ravi talked with the listing broker when it was delisted. He said both parties are stagnated, Let me give my 1%, you give your 1%, let buyer make his 1% contribution. He also convinced home seller to reduced his 1%. That way we came at the point where we say this will be our home. Ravi ended up giving more than his 1%. Hat off to Ravi for this sacrifice he made, just to get us a home and happiness. He made his email slogan true “Relationship (not money) brings u HAPPINESS”. He is man of his words.
  
  Ravi’s Professionalism with his compassion helps us deal with this big challenge. His patience and knack of negotiation is extremely good. He is Analytical as well statistical person. He best family friend I mate during this house hunt. We are happy that we did it. Ravi has lot of great Qualities. One which I never seen in any person to represent you as family to the seller. His presentation to represent you as team. It is absolutely marvelous. This is unique step made me flattered.
  
  Ravi is patient, professional, strategic, honest, and has a positive attitude.
